lucy was robbed

one of the first "big kid books" i read when i was little was the lion, the witch and the wardrobe. i loved it. except for lucy. she finds narnia, she is the nicest, everyone likes her the best (move forward in time and she goes to narnia the most and always has faith in aslan), and yet she is the 4th ruler. what did high king peter the magnificent do besides being born first?

I recently completed my MLIS at Drexel University. I work in an academic library, but my heart is still in YA literature.

For authors and publishers:

I'm currently not accepting ARCs or review copies as I'm struggling to maintain a one-in, one-out book balance in my home. That said, I primarily review young adult fiction, though some middle grade fiction and adult fiction with teen appeal also slips in. My favorites are science fiction, fantasy, and any YA literature with positive LGBTQ themes or characters. I try to post reviews of upcoming books a week or two before they are published; published books will be reviewed as soon as I am able. My reviews are also posted on LibraryThing and Goodreads. I try to point out something good in every book, but not all of my reviews are positive. The only time I won't post a review at all is if I cannot bring myself to finish the book. I never sell ARCs or review copies, but I may pass them on to other librarians, book bloggers, or readers unless expressly asked not to do so.
